Inviting You to Hunt With Pokefit

Inviting all my New York Pokemon Go hunters! Enjoy the hunt and welcome the fitness-related benefits that come with joining an awesome new boot camp inspired by Pokemon Go. This group is for those who want to reap the benefits of a 4 week, 30 minute long, daily boot camp in New York City, to go along with your Pokemon hunt.

With my boot camp, not only will you hunt rare Pokemon's all over NYC, you'll exercise according to your fitness level with me, a NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and resident Pokemon trainer. 45 minutes is all you need to have a moderate, or intense boot camp experience. You'll get a total body workout, while bonding with friends, during your Pokeman Go hunt. So while you're powering up your Pidgeot, more importantly, you're empowering yourself.

At $10 a session, with a NASM certified personal trainer, you will attain your goals and an improved level of fitness that you always knew you wanted and are now achieving.

Sunday through Friday, we will meet at Central Parks, Arthur Ross Pinetum, nearest the 85th street entrance on the west side.

9:30am will be a moderate boot camp session for light to moderate fitness levels. 

11am will be an intensive boot camp session for advanced fitness levels.

A Year Later

I have been training with Andra since October 2014 and have gained a level of fitness I didn't think was possible. I have two children and wanted to gain my strength and overall fitness back after two C-sections. The fact that Andra is a corrective exercise specialist gave me the confidence to put myself under his guidance and work towards my goals. I have been working with kettle bells and have reached a level of strength and skill that I am really proud of. I look forward to his sessions every week, often twice a week. He keeps sessions fun, varied and challenging with a variety of equipment. We train in the park, which is motivating in itself and his professional, friendly and supportive manner make it a pleasure to put the hard work in each time. Throughout every session Andra repeats motivating and encouraging dialogue, which personally helps me get through that last repetition.

Back by popular demand, Roig Rage Fitness is bringing back Small Group Training sessions in Central Park on Sunday April 19th. All fitness levels will benefit greatly from training in the worlds most famous park. Working out in small group sessions brings together community and accountability which is sorely missing working out in a gym setting. Roig Rage Fitness incorporates plyometrics, interval training, resistance training and calisthenics to deliver proven and effective fitness results, designed to improve all facets of your life. At only $20 a session, my small group sessions are affordable for any budget and I will work with you regardless of income to keep you motivated and inspired. Located near the Great Lawn of Central park on the 85th street entrance, nature will be your gym and health and wellness will be your goal.
